Director, Knowledge Mobilization and Strategic Partnerships
Anu Shukla-Jones joined BioCanRx as the Manager, Stakeholder Relations and Knowledge Mobilization in 2024 through the Government of Canada’s Interchange Canada program, and was was appointed Director, Knowledge Mobilization and Strategic Partnerships in 2026. Anu has worked as a federal Senior Policy Analyst on various science policy and policy issues at Health Canada, Indigenous Services Canada, Canadian Intellectual Property Office, Privy Council Office, Canadian Institutes of Health Research, and most recently at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada. She is passionate about supporting Canadian investments in science and research for the benefit of people who live in Canada, identifying and dismantling systemic barriers for a more inclusive society, and problem-solving using human-centered design practices. Anu is a Faculty member with the Canada School of Public Service’s Anti-Racism Learning Series, a member of YouTurn Youth Support Services’ Board of Directors, and volunteers with Asthma Canada. Anu received her Masters in Neuroscience from the University of Ottawa.
