Dr. Jumai Abioye is a biotechnology executive and strategist with expertise in CDMO management, mRNA vaccine development, and intellectual property strategy. She has a proven track record of driving organizational growth through strategic leadership, product innovation, and commercialization, while forging cross-industry partnerships to strengthen Canada’s life sciences sector.
As Co-Founder of Northern RNA, she led its rapid expansion into a leader in nucleic acid and lipid-based manufacturing, overseeing IP development, client engagement, and operations. She is also the Founder & CEO of PanAccess Innovations, working to bridge the gap between cutting-edge science and real-world healthcare needs by advancing accessible diagnostics and biomanufacturing solutions.

Dr. Abioye has shaped Canada’s life sciences strategy as a member of the Chamber of Commerce’s Life Sciences Strategy Council, contributing to industry collaboration and policy influence. She holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and has led innovations in genetic medicine, molecular diagnostics, and precision therapeutics.
