Doreen is a chartered professional accountant (CPA) and a licensed public accountant (LPA). She is an audit partner with Deloitte LLP where she leads the Public Sector Audit Group for the National Capital Region (NCR). Doreen became a Fellow in 2019, which is the highest professional distinction that can bestowed on a CPA.
Doreen is recognized as a technical expert in the area of financial reporting for not-for-profit organizations. She has served on several Boards and is currently a member of the Board of Governors for the University of Ottawa.
