The goal of this workshop is to gather Canadian groups interested in learning more about the expertise and knowledge required to bring clinical testing of tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes to their medical institutions. Scientists, HQP and clinicians interested in the clinical application and testing of this technology will be the main audience. This workshop will also broaden the conversation by discussing the following topics: barriers to medical implementation; cost of delaying access to cell-based therapies; alternate models to early introduction of therapy; models of clinical rollout; creating the hospital infrastructure; health economic analysis of applying cell-based therapies; and the required human and physical resources.
